Donating to the Teasdale Corti Foundation means supporting Lacor Hospital and helping this important hospital in northern Uganda to continue offering quality care to a needy population.

By supporting the Hospital, you give children, women, and men of the region access to primary, general and specialized health services that they can afford without incurring in “catastrophic health expenditures”: you will help them avoid the choice between selling their home and land, or foregoing treatment to avoid plunging their families into deeper poverty. 

Your donation will also contribute to the local economy through wages and local purchases.

The Hospital’s Credit Cooperative helps the staff to pay for the school fees of their own or their extended family’s children, or to build a brick home. Thousands of children have received an education thanks to the loans.
