The Teasdale-Corti Foundation is incorporated under Part III of the Province of Quebec's company act (C-38). It does not have share capital and is constituted by letter patent.
The Foundation must have its headquarters within the province of Quebec but can draw its revenues from donations made from anywhere in the World.
