The Teasdale-Corti Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Frédéric Bove to its board of directors. Mr Bove is Director, Zone and Innovation Strategy at ADM (Aéroports de Montréal), where he leads transformative initiatives aimed at making the YMX Innovation Campus in Mirabel an international centre of excellence in a number of industries.

Originally from France, Frédéric Bove has an impressive track record in organisations operating in complex, multidisciplinary environments. He has established himself as an ecosystem builder capable of bringing together businesses, public institutions, academia and technology stakeholders around shared visions with significant economic and societal value. With his ability to anticipate major transformations and his approach focused on tangible impact, Frédéric Bove actively contributes to the strategic positioning of innovative initiatives at national and international levels.

He has served on the board of directors of BIXI Montréal for 12 years and is currently there in the role of secretary. Having been involved for several years in various community development and governance initiatives, he brings to organisations a vision that is unifying, ambitious and resolutely forward-looking.

Mr Bove joined the Foundation’s Board of Directors in May 2026.
